Shipping Disclaimer: For customers shipping to a PO BOX address: UPS is charging an additional $8.00 (approx.) per package. As this fee is implemented after the estimate for the order, it will be included on your invoice before it is shipped. This may delay your order. How long will it take for my order to arrive? First of all, please be patient. We know how frustrating it is to wait for you floorball stick to arrive but rest assured FloorballPro does everything possible to make sure your stick arrives quickly and in perfect condition. If you have opted for Canada Post delivery, your order will usually be shipped within 1-2 business days of your order placement. For regular parcels delivered within the Greater Toronto Area (GTA), delivery standards are between 2-6 business days. For parcels delivered within Canada, expected delivery standards are between 2-12 business days. Parcels shipped to the USA as Expedited Parcels via Canada Post can take between 6-12 business days. Please note that these are expected delivery standards by Canada Post, but are not guaranteed. If you have opted for UPS Ground delivery, your order will usually be shipped within 1-2 business days of your order placement. The order is guaranteed to arrive within 5 business days after the date of shipment. Using the tracking code we will email you once your order ships, you can check on the progress of your parcel on the Canada Post or UPS website. Note that the shipping time advertised refers to business days. If your package does not within the appropriate timeframe, please contact Sonja Hotke by email or phone at (647) 203-4797, so we can set up a trace and find out where exactly your order has journeyed. Please eep in mind that FloorballPro cannot ship on weekends because Canada Post and UPS are closed so please don't count days from the day your order was placed - rather count the number of days since you received your tracking number. If I select pick-up from warehouse, why do I have to pay a pick-up fee? Pick-up from the warehouse requires a scheduled appointment with a member of the FloorballPro Team. If I am unhappy with my purchase, can I make a return? Yes, you may return a product. Returns are accepted provided that the item is unused and in perfect condition. You, our customer, must pay postage for return service and only a store credit can be issued for all returns. 15% restocking charges apply as well. Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned. How do I choose a floorball stick that's right for me? When purchasing a stick, you should consider several things, including length, shaft stiffness, flex, blade type, grip and weight. Check out our guide for more details. There's a product that I am interested in but I don't see it listed. Can I make a special order? FloorballPro has access to all of the products manufactured by Salming, X3M, Blast and Karhu. However, we do not carry all of these items in stock so some items are available only through special order. Also, if we are sold out of a particular product, we may be able to put your request on back order. Note that all special orders take 4-6 weeks for delivery and must be prepaid. Please contact us and we will do our best to help you get what you want! FloorballPro sponsors my team or association or I have received a discount code. How do I apply a discount to my purchase? In order to receive your discount you must have a valid discount code and it has to be entered before you submit payment. If you have lost or have not received your discount code please contact us before placing your order as a discount cannot be applied retroactively. Now that I've got all my floorball gear, where can I use it? Find a local place to play in Canada by checking out PlayFloorball.com, FloorballOntario, FloorballQuebec or BC Floorball. Check out spots to play in the USA at the USFbA’s website. If you can’t find a local club, start your own! FloorballPro is partnered with the Ontario Floorball/Unihockey Federation to provide introductory floorball clinics to interested schools, community centres, hockey teams and individuals.
